Check the warranty period stated on the product page and in your order documentation. Several ATEX products in our range are advertised with a 5-year product warranty.

3-year extended warranty

Our products are manufactured with care according to our quality requirements. However, despite all these efforts, it is possible that a product does not meet these requirements.

How to report a product issue

Email [email protected] with your order number, product code and a description of the issue. Include photographs where helpful. We will check the applicable coverage and advise you on the next steps.

For ATEX equipment, follow the manufacturer instructions and use competent personnel for installation, inspection and maintenance.
