Shipment and Returns
UK delivery and shipping rates
We supply UK orders from our Netherlands warehouse. Our published shipping rates are:
- Orders above GBP 100: free shipping.
- Orders up to GBP 100: GBP 15 shipping.
Check the delivery charge and total shown at checkout before placing your order. Contact us if you need confirmation for your delivery address or project.
DDP delivery arrangements
We ship UK orders on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means we handle customs clearance and pay the import duties and entry fees as part of the delivery arrangement.
Prices and UK VAT
Lumev is UK VAT registered. Product pages show a price excluding VAT alongside the VAT-inclusive price. Check the VAT, delivery charge and final order total at checkout. You will receive a UK VAT invoice with your order.
Availability and delivery estimates
For available stock, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. UK mainland delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. These are estimates; check the product availability and contact us to confirm a delivery date for time-critical projects or products marked On Request.
Shipments use DHL, and you will receive tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Our published cooling-off period is 14 days from receipt, during which you may return a product without giving a reason. Contact customer service by email or telephone to arrange your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
