The biggest concern for UK customers is often an unexpected bill for import duties or customs handling fees. With Lumev, you will never receive a surprise invoice.

- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We ship all UK orders according to DDP terms. This means we handle all customs clearance and pay all import duties and entry fees.
- The price you see in your cart is the final price delivered to your door.

UK VAT & Invoicing

Lumev is fully UK VAT registered. This ensures a smooth and professional transaction for our business partners:

- VAT Included: All prices are shown including UK VAT (20%).
- VAT Invoices: You will receive a full UK VAT invoice with every order. This allows VAT-registered UK businesses to reclaim the tax through their standard returns.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

- Free Shipping: For orders above GBP 100, shipping is free of charge.
- Standard Shipping: For orders up to GBP 100, a shipping fee of GBP 15 applies.
- Delivery Time: We aim to ship every order within 24 hours. Delivery to the UK mainland typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Partner: All packages are delivered by our trusted partner DHL. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Cooling-off Period

- 14-Day Period: You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt.
- Process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact our customer service team by email or telephone.
