Shipping Rates

Shipping rates to United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland. Prices include VAT.

For orders up to GBP 100, shipping cost is GBP 15.
For orders above GBP 100, no shipping cost is calculated.

Shipment

We do our utmost to ship every order within 24 hours. In most cases, your order will be delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver on time, we will contact you.
Packages are delivered by our partner DHL.

Returning your product

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You are responsible for the return costs when returning the order. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a return request to one of our employees (by email or telephone).
