Privacy Policy
Lumev.co.uk saves your personal data in a secure database. And that’s where it stays. We do not pass your details on to third parties for commercial purposes. We do need some details from you first to have your purchases take place as smoothly as possible.

| Telephone number | We like to contact you quickly about your order. We will give you a call if anything is a little unclear. |
| Payment details | We use a secure payment environment for payments for your orders. When you pay by iDeal or bank transfer, your details are saved by our administration to be able to link the payment to your order. We only use your bank account number when you receive money back from us. When you pay by credit card, we send your credit card details from our secure environment straight to Adyen. They make our credit card payments. We do not see your credit card details. Adyen only tells us if your payment was successful or not. |
| IP address | With your IP address we remember your preferences and can give you fitting advice. By remembering your IP address we immediately make sure that no one else will use your Lumev account. |
| Email address | You receive an email about your order, invoice and the products you buy from us. We mail you our response when you tell us your opinion. Then there are offers and newsletters, you also receive these by email. If you give us permission for this at least. |
We also use your details for the following:
| Customer service | You can phone, mail or app us. We remember your details in our system so you do not have to tell us everything twice. |
| Account | Your Lumev account contains your personal details. Name, shipping and invoicing address, date of birth, telephone number and login details. This is handy because you then don’t have to enter all your details again each time. We also save details of your previous orders. We can then help you more quickly. |
| Newsletters | You can subscribe to our newsletter. We check what you have ordered for the content of the newsletters. We then know what you like. Would you rather no longer receive Newsletters? Unsubscribing is simplicity itself: using the customer service, your Lumev account or using the link at the bottom the newsletter itself. |
| Reviews | You can help other customers with your reviews. By sharing your experiences you give others an even better picture of a product or service. We save the reviews you write and your reviews are also included in your Lumev account. |
| Improvement | We want to get better and better. We use your details to see if we are succeeding. We record customer behaviour. This is for example to improve our newsletter or webshops. We monitor aspects such as clicking on links and viewing pages. We always use these detail with care and comply with the privacy rules. |
| Promotions | If you take part in a Lumev promotion you will obviously leave your name and email address. You will hear from us if you have won. We also use these details to analyse our promotions. Then they become even more enjoyable every time. |
| Individual advice | As we said: we like to get better and better. This is why we want to get to know you well. If you visit our shops, like us on Facebook, or order something from us we remember what you need. We do the search work and help you with nice offers for example by mail. We also use your details to improve our sites. And to show useful advertisements on for example Facebook and Twitter. We do that by using cookies. |
| Fraud prevention | We sometimes have to use customer details to investigate, prevent and combat fraud. And if your details are very suspect, we must pass your details on to the public authorities. |
Do you want to view your personal data? Or do you want to change them or remove them from our system? No problem. You can do this yourself in your Lumev account.
